We have a walker. Country roads at the lake make for a great, forgiving landfall for a drunken-sailor-like tottering, teetering.

weekend project

craig whipped this up last weekend. the finishing touches: bright yellow paint, cool whirly gigs that spin like crazy in the breeze and an adorable 15-month old. this is indeed her favorite place. she likes sitting on her tiny picnic table watching the birds, putting mulch in her hair, climbing and down the steps of the slide.

that SNL skit (stuart smiley or smalley, oh, what the heck was it?) came to my head when i saw this.

a new face in town

took a morning walk with matteo (and dana) to crucial coffee-- so glad this little guy is finally here! pix is slightly overexposed, but it does show off his pretty eyes.
